We would like to take this opportunity to wish all our customers a Merry Christmas (if Christmas is something you celebrate) and Happy New Year (for users of the Gregorian calendar).
We’ll be manning our support desk as usual over the holiday period, and keeping an extra watchful eye on our monitoring systems to make sure operations continue to run smoothly.
Update 2015-12-17: due to unforeseen circumstances this maintenance window has been rescheduled for 2015-12-21 23:00 CET.
Window: 2015-12-17 23:00 CET to 2015-12-18 05:00 CET
Reason: Change in network topology, uplinks will be reconnected to new switches.
Expected impact: None, redundant uplinks will be migrated one at a time. As with any change, there is a risk of unexpected consequences. If the Spanning Tree protocol does not correctly fail over our connection to the new upstream switch, we can expect an interruption of approximately 5 minutes.
