On Saturday January 22nd, 2022 we will be migrating SpamTitan from Amsterdam 2 to Amsterdam 1. This is part of our overall growth strategy, focusing on Amsterdam 1 and UK 1.
For a short period of time, incoming email delivery will be delayed. Depending on sending server settings, emails sent during this period should be held and delivered again when normal service resumes.
We have conducted a review of all affected customer MX and SPF records – only a handful reference the IP address directly and we will be in touch with customers directly to resolve this where we do not have access to do so ourselves.
We will update this post closer to the time with more specific timescales and information.
