Over the past 18 months we have absorbed multiple price increases from almost all of our suppliers for data center space, power, IP transit, software licenses and domain renewal fees.
While we continually strive to provide the highest quality service at affordable prices, unfortunately we have not been able to negotiate any substantial cost savings from existing suppliers, or identify substantially cheaper alternatives. In order to cover these cost increases, as of 1 Jan 2026 we will be applying a 4.5% price increase across all of our products and services.
Updated prices will be reflected on your invoice from 1 Jan onward. Customers with fixed price contracts will be adjusted at contract renewal. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact Chris Wik.
