Update 22:30: due to complications with the upgrade we have reverted to our old server. We are in contact with SpamTitan support to resolve the issues with the upgrade and will make a 2nd attempt to switch to our new server at a later date.
22:15: We are upgrading our SpamTitan server to the latest build running on a newer, faster hardware. Please bear with us. There may be some delays on incoming mail during the upgrade.
We suffered an outage on our mail server mail.anu.net this morning which lasted from 05:50 to 08:27 CET. During this time no mail was delivered and users may have experienced difficulty logging in. The fault has now been rectified and all pending emails have been delivered to users mailboxes. Apologies to all our Hosted Email customers for the inconvenience caused.
We encountered errors on the console of the Xen node usa1-xen-1 (Chicago datacenter) this morning. The on-site technician has determined a hardware fault is the root cause. We have migrated all affected VMs to other Xen hosts and service has been fully restored.
