[Complete] SpamTitan upgrade

We will be upgrading SpamTitan to the latest version.

As this is a major version change it requires us to set up a new instance of SpamTitan and switch over to it.

We will performance this maintenance at 11PM on Saturday, 1st July 2023 and it is expected to be completed by 1AM on Sunday, 2nd July 2023. There may be up to 60 minutes of downtime during this window.

Any quarantined emails will remain on the old SpamTitan instance for 14 days after the upgrade which is our standard deletion period. If you need to release anything from this old server at any time during the 14 days, please contact us at support@anu.net and we will be happy to help you. All new quarantined emails can be released as normal via the SpamTitan interface or quarantine summary emails.

[Complete] Hosted Email server upgrade

On 28 June 2023 our Hosted Email platform will be undergoing scheduled maintenance.

During this maintenance window we will be upgrading the underlying operating system and implementing block level data replication. These changes will improve the security, performance and availability of our Hosted Email platform.

The maintenance window is from 2023-06-28 23:00 UTC to 2023-06-29 02:00 UTC. Expect approximately 60 minutes of disruption during this window.

[Complete] Scheduled Maintenance: Hosted Email upgrade

In order to increase capacity and improve performance of our Hosted Email service, we will be migrating to a new storage system hosted in our Amsterdam 1 datacenter. The initial data copy and testing has been completed, and we are now ready to perform the productions system migration. Unfortunately this work will require a disruption of approximately 2 hours. In order to minimise inconvenience, we will be performing the work during the night starting at 2022-12-07 01:00 UTC

During this time, inbound email will be queued for delivery, but access to mailboxes via POP3/IMAP will be unavailable.
