Update 10PM UK / 11PM CET Saturday 5th February 2022: This maintenance has started.

This upcoming weekend, at 10PM UK / 11PM CET Saturday 5th February 2022, we will be performing a short period of maintenance on our Hosted Email platform.

For up to 15 minutes, your mail clients will not able to connect to our server to send / receive emails. Mail will be queued for delivery and will be delivered shortly after.

We will be performing maintenance tonight on one UK1 Xen hypervisor – uk1-xen-1-1. There will be a short period of downtime in the maintenance window ( 10-15 minutes ).

Impacted services: VMs running on uk1-xen-1-1

Estimated time of completion: 2021-04-30 21:00 UK

Update 16:20 CET: service is now fully restored. An investigation and root cause analysis will follow in due course.

Update 16:00 CET: we have implemented workarounds for a number of affected sites. Please contact support@anu.net if you are still experiencing connection errors.

As of 15:30 CET we are investigating a partial outage at our Amsterdam 1 datacenter. Updates to follow as soon as we know more.
