Please join us in welcoming the newest addition to our team Ashley Lipscombe.
Ashley will be helping man our customer support desk, keep our servers running smoothly, and stay on top of security and bug fix updates. He has 5 years relevant work experience under his belt including working with Linux servers, hosting control panel systems, email, domain names and virtual servers.
In addition to his excellent customer support skills, Ashley brings fresh ideas and a new perspective to further improve our business processes and product line.
Aside from technology, Ashley enjoys travel, socialising and playing video games. Originally from London, Ashley is now based in sunny Malta.
We are currently working to replace the switch that failed on Saturday morning. We don’t expect any downtime but there may be a few seconds packet loss as we reconnect certain connections.
Update 12:17 CET: failover to backup systems is complete, all alerts on our systems are now clear. If you are still experiencing any issues please contact support with details and we’ll look in to it right away.
Update 10:30 CET: we are making progress on failing over to our backup network switches with many customers now fully up and running.
09:26 CET: we are experiencing a partial outage in our Amsterdam 2 datacenter due to a local network failure. We’re working on switching to a backup network.
